Plymouth Gin Martini

Tuesday, June 14, 2022
There are several types of gin though Plymouth gin is one of the few types of gin that is geologically guarded as well. Plymouth Gin can only be made in Plymouth, England. Funny enough, right now there is only one distillery there called the Plymouth Gin Co. Plymouth Gin tends to be a cleaner, drier gin. It’s less juniper and can usually get your stubborn friends to make the leap to gin.

Ingredients

2 oz. Plymouth Gin
1 oz. dry vermouth
Lemon peel

Instructions

Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add the Plymouth Gin and dry vermouth. Stir for 30 seconds to chill.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with the lemon peel. Service with a sidecar of olives and cocktail onions.
